Calcutta
Business School is an autonomous institution offering an AICTE approved, two
year, residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program and
several Executive Education programs. The school, modelled on some of the top-ranking
Business Schools in the world, is
located on a sprawling 15 acre, fully residential, eco-friendly and WiFi campus,
about 7 km south of IIM Calcutta. It has a well-stocked library with digital resources.

Business School has been set up by Shikshayatan Foundation (1920), and is
governed by a Board of Governors comprising leading industrialists, business
leaders, academicians, and the former IIM Director and Chairman, Mr. S K Birla.
Apart from a full time faculty, distinguished academicians and researchers, senior
industry professionals and visiting faculty from across the globe teach at CBS
regularly.
The Management Development
& Research Centre (MDRC) is a fully air-conditioned
3-star residential facility with an exclusive academic complex, lounge and
dining hall (with choice of Vegetarian/Non-vegetarian meals). Each participant
will be provided with single room with attached bath, provision of linenen,
towels, TV and tea/coffee arrangements.
